Gilbert Diving gives our clients peace of mind! Due to the risks involved in our hazardous industry we strive to ensure all diving operations are completed in accordance with our comprehensive Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Management System along with relevant state & federal legislation and standards.

Our OHSE Policy & Management System and associated documentation is provided to all clients, which includes Safe Work Method Statements, Dive Plans, Plant & Equipment Registers, just to name a few! Our Safety Management System is annually audited by an external safety representative in compliance with AS/NZS 4801.

We are not limited to geographical areas of work throughout Australia; however the majority of our projects are in the states of NSW & QLD, therefore the relevant Legislation & Australian Standards we adhere to are:

Occupational Diving Operations Part 1, Standard Operational Practice AS/NZS/2299/1/2007;
AS/NZS/2865 Safe Working in Confined Space;
QLD Workplace Health and Safety Act 1995 & Regulations 2008 and QLD Occupational Diving Work Code of Practice 2005;
NSW Occupational Health & Safety Act 2000 No 40 Section 8 Duties of Employers and Occupational Health & Safety Regulation 2001 Part 8.8 Diving Work

All personnel of Gilbert Diving are committed to participating & implementing our Quality Systems which ensures our company remains at the forefront of our industry.

Full comprehensive commercial vehicle insurance- expires 02/10/2010
